Notes for Paul Semion

(It is said that Paul's father was a friend of Nicholas of Russia. Upon
arrival in the States he refered to himself as Pawel Siemiatkowski but
quickly started using the English Paul. In 1931 he legally changed his name
to Paul Semion).
