The 101st reunion of the Kalloch Family was held on this date at the beautiful home of Margaret Kalloch Newman.

President Charles Kalloch called the meeting to order after a picnic dinner on the spacious lawn back of the house, overlooking Penobscot Bay.  Mr. Kalloch welcomed those present and then gave a summary of the research he had made concerning the Scottish clans of MacKellar, MacDonald and Campbells.

Mabel Kalloch Rollins thanked Mr. Kalloch for reviewing the history of these clans.  She then told the history of how last names came into being, especially the name of Kalloch as it came to us and the family by that name who settled in Warren.

The Secretary's and Treasurer's reports were read and accepted.

It was decided to have the reunion on the 23rd of August next year.

Several letters were read from those unable to attend and several told of interesting experiences they had had.

A unanimous thanks was given Mrs. Newman fro the use of her home and facilities.

Special mention was made of Rev. Maurice Dunbar who is in the hospital; also the passing of Mrs. Emma Kalloch, both of whom were present last year.

The Nominating Committee consisting of Leola Robinson, Helen Harris and Hazel Hills named the following officers for the next year.

    Sec. & Treas. Leola Robinson
    Historian Bertha Drewett
